Players who are already signed up the VIP Cashback GOLD will automatically be transferred to the VIP Loyalty Program. New sign-ups who would like to join the VIP Loyalty Program will need to send an email to support@24hPoker.com from the email that they have registered in their account. Write your username and make sure all information supplied is 100% correct as per the information you signed up with in your account. You must have also entered a valid phone number where we can reach you, in your account information. By applying with the correct information you will be eligible for VIP Bonus Loyalty Program. We will require you to send us a signed document confirming your details to be eligible to the bonus. Confirmation documents will be sent out to everyone applying for VIP Bonus Loyalty Program. If you have signed up for the VIP Loyalty Program, you will be able to see your progress within the poker client.

If other bonuses have been paid out during the same month, the total payout (VIP Loyalty Program + any other bonus) cannot exceed 50% of the player’s monthly rake. The VIP Loyalty Program bonus scheme is paid out on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s VIP point earnings.
